Auditorio de Tenerife is presenting Love, love, love, a great musical and theatre show presented by José Corbacho and Ramón Gener. It is a journey through the most renowned works of classical music and the most important hits of modern music, in which the audience has fun, gets excited, laughs and ends up singing and dancing. A show of light and colour.

The Symphony Orchestra of Tenerife conducted by Rubén Gimeno, a rock group, three first-rate singers and José Corbacho and Ramón Gener, an “odd couple” with perfect chemistry leading more than 50 people on stage. Our presenters will explain stories relating to the different stages of a romantic relationship. They will talk about falling in love and passion, impossible loves and eternal love, couples and love triangles...

Meanwhile, we will listen to incredible stories about the artists of the music that is performed during the show and the situations behind the compositions. Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Verdi and Wagner, but also Elvis Presley, Amy Winehouse, Bruce Springsteen, The Beatles, Madonna, Elton John, Katy Perry and Beyoncé.

Look at love through an imaginary microscope and you will find that it is no more than a combination of hormones (dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin...) wandering around the brain. Carefully analyse a musical score and perhaps you will be able to reduce it to a set of mathematical structures that are especially harmonious.

Yes, love is chemistry and music is mathematics, although when we perceive it we think more about concepts such as magic and emotion. Love is not only the feeling that moves the world, but through the centuries it has been one of the main sources of inspiration for artists in general and musicians in particular. Hence why this show combines words and theatre with live music, performed by fifty musicians, including the members of a symphony orchestra, a pop-rock group and three first-rate singers.

This trip through music and love is led by José Corbacho, actor, director, scriptwriter, and comedian who is well-known by anyone who watches television, goes to the cinema or takes an interest in theatre, and Ramón Gener, musician, writer, humanist and educator who has taught us to enjoy music through several radio and television programmes.

They, and the musicians accompanying them on stage will talk about falling in love and passion, impossible loves and eternal love, couples and love triangles, while we listen to music born out of love and exciting stories about artists from different eras and the situations behind their compositions.

Beethoven, Bach, Verdi, Mozart, Wagner, but also Amy Winehouse, Bruce Springsteen, The Beatles, Madonna, Elton John and Coldplay will stop by the stage with their music.

Have you ever had your heart broken? Have you just found love? Every moment in our love lives has a soundtrack. Enjoy it in this show which, as you would expect, will capture your heart.

Access is only allowed to children over five years of age.
