On Friday, the music disseminator will reveal the titles scheduled for the next few months in the Chamber Hall.

The Auditorio de Tenerife renews its collaboration with Ramón Gener for a third successive season, offering audiences an enjoyable insight into every production of the Ópera de Tenerife 2025-2026. For the first talk in this series, taking place this Friday (27 June) at 7.30 p.m. in the Chamber Hall, Gener will review the lyrical programme running from September to June 2026.

Ramón Gener, also a writer and singer, will visit the island to make eight appearances in 2025 and 2026 to review the programmes with his characteristic talks and audiovisual presentations, voice and piano performances, and profound and entertaining explanations.

Born in Barcelona, Ramón Gener has a degree in humanities and business studies. He began his musical education at the Higher Conservatoire of Music of the Liceu at the age of six. After several years of performing as a baritone, he transitioned to a new role as a music educator. He offers lectures on opera, classical music, and art, which have been featured on radio and television, both locally and internationally. Gener has published four books: Si Beethoven pudiera escucharme (2013), El amor te hará inmortal (2016), Beethoven, un músico sobre un mar de nubes (2020) and Historia de un piano (2024).

These voice and piano performances are priced at €8 for the general public. Audience members under 30 years of age can purchase tickets for €5. Opera subscription holders will receive a 50% discount, bringing their ticket price down to €4.
