This concert has been canceled as Renaud Capuçon will be unable to participate for personal reasons unrelated to the Tenerife Auditorium. Those who have purchased tickets will receive an email regarding this matter.
The Auditorium will begin refunding tickets on Monday, September 8, 2025.
-If you purchased your tickets online, by phone, or at the box office with a credit or debit card, the refund will be automatically credited to the same card used to purchase the tickets. Depending on your bank, the refund may take up to 15 days to appear in your account.
-If, on the other hand, you purchased your tickets in cash, we will contact you as soon as possible to explain the procedure to follow.
Tickets
Access to the hall is not permitted once the doors are closed for the event's start.
Access is only allowed to those over five years of age.
