This Viennese duo has been delighting their audience for years with the still rare combination of harp and organ. The programmes that Julia Christine and Valentin Lukan perform in churches and concert halls encompass everything from the Baroque to the present day and they focus on the romantic transcriptions of major orchestral works for the two instruments. The aim that the duo has set itself is for the heavens and earth to ring out and to do so with all the range and colour that the harp and organ are capable of.

In 2023 they released their first album on CD, Cielo e Terra, which showcases the creative production of the duo with five works created by them. The training and name of the duo date back to encouragement from their professor and mentor Danja Lukan, who also participated significantly in the creation of the current album. Since finishing their master’s degrees in 2017 (Julia Christine Lukan with Xavier de Maistre in Hamburg, Valentin Lukan with Pier D. Peretti in Vienna and Wolfgang Zerer in Hamburg), the two musicians have been self-employed. Julia Christine Lukan regularly performs with the Tonkünstler Orchester Niederösterreich, the Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra and the Vienna State Opera Orchestra. Valentin Lukan has performed his works as a concert organist in France, Spain, Austria and Romania in recent years. Their joint concerts notably include duo recitals at the Konzerthaus in Vienna, the Radiokulturhaus in Vienna, the Konzerthaus in Berlin and at the Festival ORGANismi of Iveta Apkalna in Rezekne/Latvia.
