Nine Composition students will premiere their creations this Saturday
The Auditorio de Tenerife offers a concert on Saturday (24th) with composition premieres by the students of the Higher Music Conservatory of the Canary Islands. Several musicians-pupils and teachers will perform the works of young musical authors. Admission is free until the hall reaches its maximum capacity, which starts at 6 p.m. in the Chamber Hall.
The programme for this concert features nine works composed by students. Awake, the opening piece, composed by Basilio Gómez Navarro, will be performed by the composer with Rebeca Martín Polvorosa. David González Álvarez has composed Hora mágica (The Magic Hour) for flute, clarinet, and bass clarinet. The musicians performing will be Carmen Hierro Francoy, Christian Gabriel Gálvez Silveira, and Francisco Suárez Hernández.
The third piece to be premiered on Saturday in the Chamber Hall will be Adagio, by Jorge Guerrero, performed by violinist David Airam Gutiérrez Pérez. Afterwards, Omnidireccional by Marcos Trujillo—a composition for flute, clarinet, bassoon, and piano—will be presented, with the composer joined by Josué Palancares Fernández, Carlota Llarena Aisa, and Alberto de Jesús Bencomo Padilla for the performance.
The concert will continue with Interior ar Arcachon, composed for flute, viola, and piano by Daniel Arcachon, featuring performances by Carmen Hierro Francoy, Hernán García García, and Mikael Aparicio de León. Rapsodia, composed by Gustavo Trujillo for flugelhorn and piano, will be the next work performed in the Chamber Hall, featuring Francisco Matute Cruz and Adrián Pastor Cebrián.
Aarón Onofre Alemán Alemán, Adrián Sanchis Antúnez, Alba Giner Maroto, Juan Luis Giner Maroto, Carlos Jesús León Río, Daniel Salvador Vargas Otazo, Daniella Ramos Ángel, David Rodríguez Pérez, Ema Victoria Correa Lorenzo, Jorge Guerrero Rodríguez, Pelayo Siverio González and Jesús Agomar Guillama will be the performers of Lagos, composed by Óscar García for brass and strings.
Artus Israelyan Ghandevosyan, Raúl Marichal del Castillo and Juan de Araoz Álamo are the three musicians who will give the first public performance of Conversaciones conmigo mismo (Conversations with myself), a piece composed by Alberto Díaz González for piano, violin, and electric guitar.
Saulo José Guerra Marrero, Edgar Maties López, David Fernández Brito, Pablo Vázquez Vázquez, Oscar Portolés Izquierdo, Alejandro Grau Clemente, Asier Eleazar Ramos Batista, Adrián Pastor Cebrián, David González Álvarez, Gustavo Trujillo Castro and Alberto Díaz González will bring Incorporaciones (Incorporations), a piece composed by Adrián Pastor Cebrián, to life with their wind instruments.
