A live symphony orchestra. Live electronics. A performer who inhabits the stage. And a story that transforms.
Estancia, Alberto Ginastera’s symphonic ballet, comes to the Auditorio in a stage version that breaks the mould. Under the direction of Isabel Rubio, the Sinfónica de Tenerife performs the complete score while the performer Lucía Trentini and her electronics, together with Ana Hernández-Sanchiz, unfold a new dramaturgy on the original libretto.
A stage concert where music, words, body and technology dialogue without hierarchies. The rural and the digital, the symphonic and the intimate, intersect in a show that is not dance, not theatre, not concert: it is everything at once.
