The Tenerife Island Council and Fundación DISA have signed an agreement to promote the Prevenidos programme. Developed by the Education and Social Affairs Department of the Auditorio de Tenerife, this initiative gives young people the opportunity to attend a performance from the Auditorio de Tenerife’s programme through their schools.
To enhance the experience, pupils will be able to familiarise themselves in advance with their chosen performance from among the activities on offer. A digital educational resource will allow them to explore the material independently, encouraging autonomy and enabling them to engage with artistic and cultural experiences at their own pace.
Fundación DISA, a partner in the Prevenidos programme, embodies the DISA Group’s commitment to the development of the Canary Islands through corporate social responsibility initiatives that contribute to the long-term wellbeing of a community with which the group has been closely associated for more than 80 years. The Foundation supports projects across its principal areas of activity: social welfare, the environment, sport, culture, science, education and research.
Fundación DISA’s commitment to promoting culture and the arts is rooted in its belief that both are essential to the development of society. A society that values culture also nurtures a shared foundation of knowledge that fosters growth and progress across different fields.
