I am self-taught, and I consider myself more of an artisan than an artist. I create shows entirely with intuition, ego and curiosity (which sometimes leads me to believe that I know nothing about the circus). I accept the risk of the circus and I transform it to share it with the public. I understand, live and create the circus from the standpoint of evolution. A personal journey through different stages, all of which are important. In fact, I cannot understand the now without any of its preceding stages. This journey begins with purely demonstrative interest to reach the present, in which I like to conceal the technique to put it to use in the show. In this process, I have acquired vital signs such as DNA that endures show after show (it emerges in each staging): patient and unhurried creation, making greater use of suggestion than graphic explanation of stories and attention to detail in visual aspects by using innovative structures.
