Captain Ahab is one of the great characters of universal literature. He represents human obsession beyond reason, the type that is capable of consuming free will and doing away with any good-hearted feeling of the soul. Many adaptations have been made of Moby Dick, some closer to the original novel than others. This production is inspired by the lonely figure of Ahab and his fight against the whale. It is an invitation to travel to the depths of a mad man who will do anything to fulfil his quest.
