He received classes from Michele Carulli, Marlk Withers, Erich Hoeprich, Colin Lawson and Anthony Pay. He was a reserve member of the CAB-UNESCO Youth Orchestra and the Joven Orquesta Nacional de España, and was invited as guest clarinet soloist and co-soloist/clarinet at the Gustav Mahler Jugendorchester, where he worked under the baton of Stefan Anton Reck, Seiji Ozawa and Pierre Boulez. He played the Clarinet Concerto No. 2 by Carl Maria von Weber with the Orquesta Sinfónica de Tenerife in the Canary Island Young Performers cycle. He has collaborated with the Orquesta Sinfónica de Galicia and the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra. He has taught at the Conservatorio Superior de Canarias and also at the academy of the Orquesta Filarmónica de Gran Canaria. He is currently soloist assistant and bass clarinet of the OST.
