>Subscription renewal period:
- 23 April – 6 May 2025 is the first renewal period for subscription holders who do not wish to change their seat or performance day from the 24–25 season.
- A. 13 May – 19 May. New step! This period is intended for subscription holders who have completed their renewal without modifications but would like to select a different day for the newly added performances, which were not part of past seasons. After renewing during the first period, you were automatically assigned a performance day. However, you can change this in this new step by calling us or visiting our box office.
- 27 May – 10 June 2025. The second renewal period for subscription holders who wish to change their seat or performance day from the 24–25 season. Please note that if you wish to renew during this period, you should not do so in the first renewal phase. In this case, we cannot guarantee your seat for the 24–25 season, as it will no longer be held for you. However, in this period, you have the option to select seats for the new performances that were unavailable in previous seasons.

>General sale of tickets: from July 8, 2025.
Subscription renewal details

There are several deadlines to renew your subscription, depending on whether you want to change the day or seat. Check the Calendar for specific dates.
If you renew online or by phone, you may show your ID to pick up your subscription card at the box office the day after. If you renew in person, you will receive your card immediately.
If renewing or handling any procedures for a subscription on someone else’s behalf – including collecting the Club Ópera or Club Ópera Joven subscription card – you must provide a signed authorisation form (available at www.operadetenerife.com), the account holder’s ID (original or photocopy), and their 2024-2025 subscription card.
If you hold two or more subscriptions under the same name and wish to transfer ownership, the current ticket holder must submit a request for this before renewing. To do so, please email club@operadetenerife.com or dial 922 568 625 (Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., excluding public holidays) for instructions on the procedure. Please note that once the renewal has been completed, subscription holder transfers cannot be made.

- A guaranteed seat. The subscription renewal guarantees you a priority choice of the seats for the five productions.
- For each subscription title, we invite you to an exclusive meeting to delve into the production of the moment: talks with the directors, attending rehearsals, visits to the costume department, and much more.
- Complimentary drink during the interlude of each subscription title With your subscription card, you will receive 5 tickets to enjoy a drink during the intermission of each season title.
- Programme Booklet. You will receive it conveniently via email and with sufficient time in advance.
- Date changes. During the whole season, the subscription holders can change the date of their tickets if they cannot attend, subject to availability. The change must be requested at the box office or by phone before an email with the request is sent. If you want to make changes on behalf of another person, you need to attach a signed authorisation (download it at www. operadetenerife. com) and the holder’s ID card to the mail. This change will not result in the refund of any difference in the amount if there is one, but if it means an increase in the price of the ticket, it has to be paid.
- Preferential purchase for complementary programmes of the Ópera de Tenerife Season.
- Personalised treatment. By mail to club@operadetenerife.com and phone 922 568 625 from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., except on 24 and 31 December, public holidays and during August, when it will be inactive.
SPECIAL DISCOUNTS
- Iberia discount of 5% on Spanish* and European flights, and 7% on intercontinental flights. Please find it in your Personal Area. *Does not apply to public service obligation (OSP) routes.
- A discount is available for wheelchair users and the person accompanying them. There will be a 10% discount for each person. The seat for the accompanying person can only be purchased at the box office or by telephone.
- Discounts for large families. Accreditation of large family status will be requested when the season ticket is issued. If you do not comply with the requirement, no refund will be given, and the Subscription Card will not be issued. Prices will be €75 (Tuesday and Thursday) and €120 (Saturday).
- Additional tickets and other shows: You will have a 15% discount on additional tickets for opera titles and the Auditorio de Tenerife’s programme, with a limit of 2 tickets per show.
- At the Auditorio de Tenerife’s shop (books, backpacks, notebooks, bookmarks, T-shirts, etc.), located at the box office, you will get a 10% discount.
- Guided visits. When you book a guided visit at the Auditorio de Tenerife in our service located at the box office, you will get a 10% discount.
- Discounts at the Auditorio de Tenerife’s cafeteria. For drinks and food at Alisios Café by Echeto you will receive a 10% discount upon showing your subscription card.
