Roméo et Juliette

In accordance with the instructions of the Cabildo de Tenerife (Tenerife Island Council) and as part of the activation of the Tenerife Island Emergency Plan (PEIN), the performances of Roméo et Juliette, scheduled for Thursday 19 and Saturday 20 March, at 7.30 pm at the Auditorio de Tenerife, has been cancelled. This measure has been taken to avoid travel and prevent potential incidents in light of the forecast weather conditions.  

Auditorio de Tenerife will begin refunding ticket prices from Monday 23 March. Under no circumstances is it necessary to contact the box office; however, we outline the various scenarios below, which apply to all ticket holders, including subscribers: 

-If you made your purchase via the website, the refund will be automatically credited to the same card you used to pay for the tickets. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 15 days for the refund to appear in your account.

-If you purchased your tickets by telephone or at the box office using a credit or debit card less than three months ago, the refund will be automatically credited to the same card you used to pay for the tickets. Depending on your bank, the refund may take up to 15 days to appear on your statement.

-If you purchased the tickets by telephone or at the box office using a credit or debit card more than three months ago, we will contact you as soon as possible to explain the procedure to follow.

-If, on the other hand, you purchased the tickets in cash at the box office, regardless of when the purchase was made, we will contact you as soon as possible to explain the procedure to follow.
